DTS celebrated its 50th anniversary in 2022. This is just one milestone and our 50-year history is very long. We made it this far thanks to the support of our customers, shareholders, partners, employees and their families, and society. We would like to thank all of our stakeholders once again.

Our history as a company began when our founder, Toshio Sasanuki, established DATA TSUSHIN SYSTEM CORPORATION with 10 employees on August 25, 1972. As an independent information service company centered on software development and system operations and management services, we have grown together with the emergence of an information society. In 1999, the company was listed on the First Section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange, and in 2003, the year following its 30th anniversary, its name was changed to DTS CORPORATION. This was because our customers had been affectionately calling us “DTS” for many years.

The core of DTS over our 50-year history has been technology. Our reliable technology is similar to manufacturing, and has allowed us to gain the trust of customers and serve as the foundation of our growth. Having reached our milestone 50th anniversary, we will continue to develop solutions based on cutting-edge technologies for the future, and aim to evolve into a total system integrator that provides value exceeding customer expectations by fully utilizing the latest and best IT technologies for the times.
